project runway

so last month I was hired as a videographer for Global Fashion News and got a chance to do some of my own interviews with the familiar faces of Project Runway!

my 21st

I’m not exactly sure why the days leading up to my 21st birthday were so depressing. but I got over it the day after it was all over.

tatooine (excuse the pretentiousness)

so while in Texas, I got a tattoo. It’s from an illustration by Alred Kubin called “Every Night A Dream Visits Us” made in 1900, the year before Freud published Interpretation of Dreams, which ignited the notion that dreams came from an internal force as opposed to Kubin who believed they came from an external force.

Wicked Little Town

so last week at the IFC center, John Cameron Mitchell came by and sang us a sad song, maybe you’ve heard of it…

Judy Fox

my friend Judy Fox is having a show on the west side of NYC, morphing classic fairy tales into quite a notorious exploration of one’s libido. Check it out before November 24th.

My Gmail was hacked and years of contacts in the film industry are potentially gone. I can’t afford to start over. If you get an email that looks like it’s from Gmail asking for any information -don’t make my mistake and give it away! Contact me for the moment at : bgonzalez@sva.edu

(lumiere) quiet riot off the L

so last night the L train had its panties on a knot and only let people off the Bedord stop (the first stop in Brooklyn) so everyone was stranded and promised a bus that didn’t show up for an hour.

…there’s a little movement, sorry if it offends true lumiere patrons.

This guy is a legend on the New York city subway, coming from another planet.

Spurs riot

I live in San Antonio (for the summer) and so all I hear about everywhere is the Spurs. It makes absolutely no difference to me if they win or lose, and I can’t see why it would to anybody else not directly involved with the NBA, but the whole city still goes insane over it. Why? You tell me. ::”teenage riot” by Sonic Youth:: Click here to watch
